Otakara Klettke was born in the Czech part of former Czechoslovakia in 1976. She would grow up in a small town that was under the communistic regime until it fell in 1989. During her early twenties, Otakara was selected in a national competition to become an investigative TV reporter on the national TV NOVA in the Czech Republic. In 2002, Otakara moved to United States where she wrote he book “Hear Your Body Whisper” which also became an Amazon bestseller. In this episode she discusses her life behind the Iron Curtain, and how her life improved through making thoughtful choices.
