Unstructured Podcast – Episode 145: Pete A Turner is a Soldier, a Spy, and a Podcaster
Pete A Turner is by all definitions a cultural expert. The many years he has spent working in the most dangerous and culturally challenging environments on earth have helped to educate and inform him. Consequently Pete's stories and lessons are able to inform leaders today, so that they have the ability to better leverage any existing cultural patterns. This is a much smoother approach to showing sensitivity to the various cultural differences that exist. As a result this often leads to the successful accomplishing of goals without unnecessary chaos, and above all far less cost to everyone.
This cultural approach is so much more than just exchanging simple handshakes. Pete shows you how he expertly interacts within any cultural environment and how he still finds ways for you to thrive in it. He is a world recognized expert in leveraging culture to create more efficient interactions between people from different cultural groups. Pete is both a combat veteran and former Army spy. He has worked with the Dept of State, Dept of Defense, as well as host nation leaders where he has shown them how to leverage these cultural exchanges.
