Jeff Dougherty is an expert Jury trial consultant. He earned his M.S degree in psychology and a postgraduate in jury research and jury psychology from the only program in the country. His jury consulting experience throughout his career includes designing and conducting mock trials and focus groups. Jeff's work allows him craft jury research findings into winning trial strategies; tailoring questions and also assisting in jury selection. Dougherty also facilitates shadow juries as well as conducting post-trial juror interviews.

Jeff’s specialty is helping witnesses prepare for their deposition and trial testimony. He also places a special emphasis on uncovering and resolving the emotional, psychological, and communication barriers to effective testimony. Dougherty has presented legal seminars around the country. He has also contributed to writing in his area of understanding including juror decision making, as well as the impact of nonverbal communication on witnesses effectiveness. While also improving witness communication in depositions and at trial, storytelling in opening statements, and the impact of ideology on jury decision making. Jeff Dougherty's work provides real insights into jury attitude and juror expectations that are designed to assist trial counsel and clients pursue the most efficacious litigation strategies.
