Susan Ibitz is a self proclaimed Human Behavior Hacker, while some people can hack computers she rather hacks humans. She accomplishes this through research and extensive training, where she works on unlocking the science behind Human Behavior. As well as micro-expressions, body language, deception-detection, statement analysis, face reading (Physiognomy) and personality types. Susan Ibitz of Human Behavior Lab has been hacking people for over 27 years as a Human behavior hacker.

Her technique she calls hacking also includes face reading, personality assessments, micro-expressions, body language, deception detection, statement analysis, and forensics. Susan teaches how body language, micro-expressions, linguistic, and face reading also make a big difference in the process of building rapport with clients, co-workers and also expediting the trust cycle. Ibitz says that culture equates to intelligence and she also offers ideas on how to treat other people based on their culture. She has worked with some of the top names out there from Paul Ekman to David Matsumoto, as well as Negotiation in Harvard.
